Junior Running sessions

Our Coaches Kelly and Eric will be leading a 10 week junior training course starting in the next couple of weeks

These sessions are for ages 8-16 year olds wanting to learn to run or progress in their running on Monday evenings at Wigmore High School playing field, from 5.30pm -6.30pm.

The sessions are built around physical conditioning, which looks at the fundamentals of movement and postural control. Also running technique, running in teams, obstacles, sprints and endurance running.

These sessions will be delivered in 10 week blocks and juniors will be split into age groups of 8-11 years and 12-16 year olds.

Bring them along to the free taster session on Monday 15th May to meet the team and find out what will be on offer and details of how to sign up.
