A weekend of running, friends and fun in the Brecon Beacons. Our base will be the Argoed Lwyd Outdoor Education Centre in Libanus. Training will be led by UKA Coach Kev Munt. The intention is to give our hard-working coaches and runners of ALL ABILITIES some fresh challenges, learn some new skills and have fun. We hope to take 22 members of CARC. This can be increased to 32 if there is sufficient interest.

Please note – there is no compulsion to do all the sessions!
Friday 4th November
Arrive Friday evening. Meet for dinner and drinks at The Tai’r Bull Pub (just down the road from out accommodation). Own cost.
Saturday 5th November
Morning
- Pre-breakfast / fasting run (3 – 5 miles)
- Breakfast
- Orienteering / map reading tuition with Tim Jones
- Short-course orienteering challenge
- Recovery / Yoga Class
Light lunch
Afternoon
- Interval Session
- Relaxation
- Running Q & A
- Dinner
- Evening Games
Sunday 6th November
- Morning long run (choice of 8 or 13 mile routes)
- Light lunch

COST
The cost per person is £139.
This includes two nights accommodation, all meals (excluding Friday), wine or beer with dinner on Saturday evening and snacks during both days. Also included is a Yoga class on Saturday and all coaching.
