Dearnford Lake Triathlon

Simon competed in yet another triathlon, and again improved on his PB, by an impressive 15 minutes! First came a swim in a weedy lake (27mins 53), then a 56 mile bike ride (2hrs 27 – averaging over 22mph!) and finally a 13 mile run (1hr 35). With a performance like that, little surprise that he finished 4th out of 200, in 4hrs 35.
