Club Training Times

Owing to the Covid pandemic restrictions, changes have been made to ensure that we comply with current guidelines.

We are very sorry but we are currently unable to offer junior training.

We are hopeful that we will be able to restart junior training at some point in the future – please continue to check the site for updatesor contact [email protected] to be added to a mailing list for updates.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6.45 to 8.15pm

Coach led training sessions with our Lirf trained coaches Kelly, Will, Emma, Eric, Alice and Sam at varying venues posted weekly on the members facebook group and on the home page of the website.

Potential members have first three taster sessions free, after that they will be required to join the club for £30 for the year up until April 1st when annual subs are due. Non members are welcome to either session, they are suitable for all ability of runner but please complete the club covid questionnaire found here and bring along a completed disclaimer form – downloadable here.

Sundays

No formal training but group runs frequently taking place if no races. Check the Facebook page or news area of website for details on where and when to meet.
