Race report by Sam Harper
A lovely sunny Good Friday morning for the 9am start to the Leominster 5k run.
Starting and finishing at Bridge Street Leisure Centre – there is a short stretch up the B4361 then an out and back along the Eyton Lane.
It was on open roads, but they were fairly quiet and a flat and fast course meant for a good run.
83 runners took part of which 10 were Croft Runners.
Eric was first man home in 16.32 – taking things a little steadier after the Hereford Couriers 5k only 2 days before.
Sam Juson was second senior male in third place in 16.53.
