Relay

The ladies’ vet team (Liza, Nicky and Sue) came away with medals, as did the men’s over 60 team (Gary, Tom and Guy). The senior men were second (3 Daves and a Dan), as were the over 40 men, and the over 50 men. Sue ran the fastest over 35 leg in 13.01, with Alison 2nd and Nicky 3rd (14.02). Simon was 2nd fastest over 40 (11.21), with Nigel M 5th (11.42) and Mark 7th (11.57). Neil ran really well to be 2nd over 50 (13.06). In the over 60s men, Gary (12.42) had to settle for 2nd, just 4 seconds behind Steve H . Guy was 3rd (13.02) and Tom 4th (13.28): as a team they finished just 10 seconds behind the winning over 50s. Kayleigh ran a very gutsy leg for the senior ladies, recording the 4th fastest leg of the evening (15.20)
