Long Mynd Valleys

The day after the Titterstone Clee race, the serious runners tackle the Long Mynd Valleys. Gary P was out again, and Paul C-D came fresh to this 18km race over the Stretton Hills. 184 runners completed the course, the fastest taking 1.41.44, and the slowest nearly 5 hours. Paul had hoped to hang on to Gary, but had to settle for being 10 minutes behind. Gary (66th) finished in 2.17.28 with Paul in 102nd, taking 2.27.08.
