Croft didn’t enter a team this time round, but Liz, now a second claim member running for Worcester AC, competed in a team of three FV65s in the British Masters X-C relays in Long Eaton, and not only did they come away with a silver medal, but Liz broke the course record for the 3km loop (and was therefore the fastest on the day too) by a massive 1 minute 36 seconds, or 32 seconds per kilometre. Maybe she’ll come and burn up the Rotherwas course next month?
Well done Liz, and good luck in Cardiff on the 17th,
Fantastic result for you Liz. Such an inspiration!
