Personal data will be retained by the Croft Ambrey Running Club Committtee members holding the following positions: Club Chairman, Membership Secretary, Treasurer, Male & Female race captains, Coach Mike and Coach Mark
Croft Ambrey Running Club does not collect personal information when you access the website homepage and browse the web site contents.

1. When you become a member of or renew your membership with Croft Ambrey Running Club you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data, which will include your name, date of birth, gender, email address, address, telephone number which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact [email protected].” By becoming a member you are giving permission for your photo to be taken at club events and races where you are representing the club. These images can be displayed on the website, club Facebook and Flikr pages and for promotion of Croft Ambrey Events.

2. Your name, email address and date of birth are used to send information about club training, club events, new posts on the website and to work out entry details for races.

3. Using the ‘contact us’ function on the website.
When you contact us, through our website or by e-mail, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need.

If you have entered Shobdon Wood Race we will hold your personal information details until the next Shobdon Wood Race approximately 12 months later. We will use this information to contact you to invite you to enter the race again. Your information will not be used for any purpose other than this and will be deleted from our records if you do not enter the race for a second time.

Payment information is never taken by us or transferred to us either through our website or otherwise. No one from Croft Ambrey Running Club has access to this information.
