Neil T and Bryan competed in Ludlow, both as ‘super vets’, and came through the experience with honour: Neil finished 121st in 1hr 36m 54s, with Bryan (at 70) getting round the course in a commendable 1hrs 57m 47s. The winner, Nick Slim (great name for an athlete), finished in 1hr 11m 47s.
