Simon and Daren went down to Port Eynon on a lovely sunny day to compete in the Gower Tri, which involved a 1500m sea swim, a hilly 37k bike ride and then an even hillier 10k run, but all very scenic and well organised. Simon finished a superb 24th (out of 190 entrants) in 2hrs 24, with Daren also having a good day’s competition – 125th in 2hrs 53.
